Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Provide a pest control service at your request

We also may receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Any third party such as companies, agents or landlords requiring pest control services on behalf of the customer/tenant.

We use the information that you have given us in order to be able to contact you directly, to provide a service at the property address you/third party have provided and to process invoices for the service that was requested by you/third party.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep all your contact information securely on our electronic files. We will dispose of all your information upon your request. Please contact James Pearl on the details above should you wish for your information to be disposed from our records.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

• Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

Payments

Full payments are to be taken prior to any treatments being carried out.

Cancellation

If a scheduled service needs to be cancelled a 24 hours’ minimum notice is required. If cancelled within 24 hours a 50% charge of the original quote will be incurred. Please get in touch as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be rescheduled otherwise the above terms will apply.

Rodent Quotes

All rodent treatments are a 3-part week by week treatment plan at pre-arranged suitable dates and times. All 3 visits will be included in the initial quote given. All proofing and prevention works are charged separately.

Insect Quotes

Depending on the circumstances most insect treatments are a 3 part week by week treatment plan (unless stated otherwise) at pre-arranged suitable dates and times. All visits will be included in the initial quote given. Please note if a spray treatment is required you will be required to leave the property vacant for a minimum period of 4 hours, this is so the chemical can settle.

Wasp Visits

A wasp treatment is a one-off visit. If for any reason the treatment has been unsuccessful, a follow-up visit (free of charge) will be carried out as required. If there is more than one nest on the same site this will be charged at half price per subsequent nest treated on the same visit. It is not common for a wasp nest to be removed once treated but if this is something you would like done then it will be charged at the cost of a call out charge fee.

Quote will be provided once established problem area/ingress point has been identified.

Call Out

A standard call out fee will be charged for an inspection.

Monday – Saturday:

• 08:00 – 18:00 UK

• 18:00 – 23:00 UK – call out charge will be added to total cost of treatment if works are to be done within these hours.

Sunday: Urgent/emergency call outs only, call out charge will apply.
